This activity is designed to help people working together consider how their efforts align with their values and share what values are important for them, their organizations, and their community.
This activity can give professionals engaging in collaborative efforts the opportunity to reflect on and recognize the different underlying values that motivate their work. By explicitly discussing the values that motivate their work, collaborative groups can better define their goals and bring their group together.
