DESCRIPTION
This workshop was recorded on 5-9-23
During this workshop, we heard from developers regarding the physical and digital resources available as part of the NISE Network's Explore Science: Voyage through the Solar System kit. The kit includes three new hands-on activities based on NASA's continuing pursuit of human exploration of the Moon and Mars, as well as training materials and a mobile app to launch users further into the solar system. Participants learned more about these resources as well as received an update regarding the Artemis mission and the resources available from NASA to celebrate and connect this exciting mission to our new kit.
This kit is meant to complement previous Explore Science: Earth and Space Toolkits (2017-2020)
Presenters
Patricia Moore, Outreach Strategist, Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate, NASA
Ali Jackson, Sciencenter in Ithaca, NY
Peregrine Bratchi, Museum of Life and Science in Durham, NC
Darrell Porcello, Children's Creativity Museum in San Francisco, CA
