Formative evaluation and survey instruments for Building with Biology events and forums.

DESCRIPTION

Welcome to the Building with Biology project! The evaluation letter contained here explains both the required and optional reporting of your Building with Biology event, and includes links to further online resources and contact information for any questions you might have on the evaluation for this project. Also included are the event evaluation survey and the forum survey form, to be completed by event participants, as well as a facilitator sign-up sheet. This sign-up sheet will allow you to keep track of contact information for staff and volunteers who attended event orientation sessions, or facilitated an event activity. After the event, you can send them a voluntary survey for their feedback.
