Leili Fatehi, JD, is a Visiting Scholar at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs and Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School. Her research interests are at the intersection of emerging technologies, law, ethics, and public policy. She was previously Associate Director of Research and Education at the University of Minnesota's Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences and Faculty Editor-in-Chief for the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology. Prior to 2007, she was Research Associate at Meridian Institute in Washington, DC where she researched and published on the implications of nanotechnology for the world's poor and edited Nanotechnology and Development News. She instructs an interdisciplinary graduate course offered each fall at the University of Minnesota entitled "Nanotechnology, Law & Society."
