Peter Schulz

I am a physicist, an associate professor at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. My research interests are micro and nanostructures based os semiconductor materials, mainly electronic and transport properties. In the past few years I got involved with informal education in nanoscitech for kids and adults.
